This registration is for the purpose of ticketing and accomodations.  In order to participate in this program, you and your guest must submit a VIP Registration Form once you have been notified that you earned a trip. By registering for the trip, you agree to accept the “Award Terms and Conditions”.  You may complete the Word document form  below and fax it to Westgate Travel at 440 937- 5307.
