IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
All passengers will be required to
present valid government-issued photo
identification (federal, state, or
local) such as a driver's license or
passport to board the flights to Hawaii.
It is important that the first and last
name on your photo identification and
your e-ticket for air travel are the
same.
Do not pack your identification in your
luggage!
You must carry it with you as it will be
necessary to produce your I.D. at the
airport upon check-in and security
checkpoints.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
Travel light and
remember that you may have souvenirs to bring home. You are
required to limit your luggage to two pieces per person, not
exceeding 50 lbs. each in weight. The airlines are now
charging to check your bags. Currently , the charge is $15.00
for your first bag and $25.00 for the second one, each way. One additional piece of carry-on
luggage is permitted if it fits under the seat of the aircraft.
Travelers may now carry through security checkpoints travel-size
toiletries (3 ounces or less) that fit comfortably in ONE,
QUART-SIZE, clear plastic zip-top bag. In addition, larger amounts
of prescription liquid medications must be declared at the
checkpoint for additional screening. Please visit
www.tsa.gov for up to date
information regarding carry-on
luggage
restrictions.
LUGGAGE TAGS:
Please attach the Northern Plumbing
Supply bag tags (that will arrive
with your tickets) to your luggage to
facilitate identification at the airport
and hotel. Put your name and address on
each tag. Be sure each piece of
luggage has this special tag on it
throughout the entire trip to help
insure proper handling.
HEALTH MATTERS:
Always carry any prescription
medications you require in their
original packaging, and keep them in
your carry-on luggage, not in checked
luggage. We suggest you check your
current medical insurance for coverage
of a medical emergency including air
evacuation and hospitalization. If you
wear eye glasses, it is wise to bring an
extra pair.
CLIMATE:
Hawaii is blessed with a perfect climate
and average year-round temperature of 80
degrees. At the time of our trip,
daytime temperature is typically 87
degrees; nighttime temperatures drop
into the low 70’s.

LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS:
As Hawaii is one of the United
States, long distance calls are handled the same as at home.
However we recommend using your cell phone, as calls from the hotel
can be expensive. Check with your service provider to
determine if your carrier has coverage in Hawaii and if any service
fees or roaming charges will apply.
VALUABLES:
We strongly suggest that you leave your
valuables safely at home. However, if
you wish to bring expensive jewelry,
watches and other such belongings, you
may use the individual safe located in
your room.
CLOTHING:
In general “resort casual sportswear”
best describes the preferred attire for
sightseeing, lunch and shopping.
Hawaiian styles are accepted everywhere.
Comfortable walking shoes are a must.
Attire for evening receptions, dinners
and farewell festivities is “upscale
resort casual”. Since the weather is
localized, changes can be experienced
throughout the day and it is recommended
that you pack a sweater/shawl or light
jacket. Clothing recommendations are
included for each day and evening in the
Daily Itinerary.
DEPARTURE:
The evening before
you depart Hawaii, your travel staff
will provide you with specific
information regarding departure day,

Be sure to review this notice carefully
as it will include any last minute
flight changes.
