Day 1

Thursday, February 18

Your adventure begins as guests of NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY departing from your home cities for a flight to “Aloha Land” – beautiful Hawaii.  Please check your tickets and travel schedule for your specific flight number and departure times.  Be sure to have your NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY baggage tags affixed to your checked luggage and have additional name and address identification outside and inside each piece of checked luggage. Remember to check with the ticket agent that your bags are marked HNL (the airport code for Honolulu, Oahu) as your final destination. Keep all of your required identification available.  You must arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.

Upon arrival in Honolulu you will be greeted in the traditional island custom with a flower lei and a friendly Aloha welcome.  The NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY travel staff will be there holding “NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY” signs and should be easy to identify.  All you will need to do is identify each piece of your luggage to the travel staff.  They will then take your luggage and will transfer them directly from the airport to your hotel room.  Luggage will be transferred separately to the hotel, but on the return to the airport, luggage must go with you due to Federal regulations.

You will pick up your rental car to use for round trip airport transfers and throughout your stay in Hawaii.  A credit card imprint will be required to pick up the car.  The car rental and taxes are paid by your host, NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY.  The CDW insurance is at your discretion.

Room keys will be distributed upon arrival at the hotel, from the Hospitality Desk.

Because your luggage will be sent to the hotel in a separate truck and will be brought to your room as soon as possible, we suggest that you carry your swimsuit and something casual to wear in your carry-on luggage should your luggage be delayed.  You have the rest of the afternoon to relax and get acquainted with your new surroundings.

7:00PM Join fellow NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY guests at the Lagoon Lawn for a Welcome to Hawaii Reception.  Enjoy your favorite cocktails and food stations with tasty temptations, while listening to the pleasant island music.  A perfect start to a Hawaiian Holiday!

Day 2

Friday, February 19

8:00AM– Guests of NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY meet in the Ocean Foyer for a private breakfast buffet.  At approximately 9:00 am, the NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY travel staff will make a brief presentation on the optional activities available for you to enjoy, as well as some suggestions for things to do in Oahu during your stay.  The NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY hospitality desk will be staffed to answer your questions and assist with reservations.  At this time you will also receive your Dine-Around cash allowance for the rest of your stay.  Please remember to wear your name badge. 

The rest of your day is at your leisure.  Today is open to explore and take in all that the beautiful island of Oahu and our JW Marriot Ihilani Resort has to offer.  The NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY travel staff will be available at the Hospitality Desk until 5:00PM to answer your questions and make reservations for optional tours.

Evening: Dinner tonight will allow you to dine when and where you please, with your cash allowance.  The hospitality desk staff will be happy to make suggestions and reservations. Transportation will be at your expense.

Day 3

Saturday, February 20

Wake up to another bright, sunny Hawaiian day and enjoy a bountiful breakfast in the Naupaka Terrace Restaurant.  Remember to sign your name, room number and NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY to the check. 

The day is free to enjoy Oahu as you please. Maybe today you will decide to try an optional tour sailing on a 53 foot catamaran over at the Ko Olina Marina. Ask the staff at the NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY Hospitality desk for information, suggestions and dinner reservations. 

Evening: With so many culinary and entertainment options the evening is open for you to enjoy as you choose.  The NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY travel staff can make suggestions and reservations for dinner with your cash allowance.

Day 4

Sunday, February 21

Enjoy a bountiful breakfast in the Naupaka Terrace Restaurant, at your leisure.  Don’t forget to sign your check with your name, room number and NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY. 

Another free day!  Why not take in the tour of the USS Arizona Memorial, which is optional, or just relax around the pool.  The day is free to do as you please!  Stop by the hospitality desk if you need suggestions or assistance with reservations.  Enjoy your day in paradise. 

Day 5

Monday, February 22

Take your time and enjoy breakfast at your leisure at the Naupaka Terrace Restaurant.  Be sure to sign your check with your name, room number and NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY. 

Perhaps today is the day that you chose to just lounge by the pool and take in the beautiful warm weather.  With so many optional tours, be sure to check with the NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY hospitality desk for suggestions. 

Evening: Your last evening where Dinner will be on a cash dine-around basis. Why not try the optional Dinner Sunset Cruise?  Let the NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY hospitality staff assist with your reservations.

Day 6

Tuesday, February 23

our last full day to enjoy all that Oahu and The JW Marriot Ihilani Resort has to offer. Have you taken in a round of golf yet at one of the many courses in the area? Wherever your day takes you, please be sure to join your fellow guests for a memorable final night party hosted by NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY tonight.

7:00PM – Meet us this evening in the Ocean Foyer, as we say goodbye to old friends and new, over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. 

8:00PM – Following cocktails, enjoy an unforgettable farewell gala dinner in the Ocean I & II room.  A wonderful Hawaiian party with music and dancing promises, to be a spectacular ending to a perfect trip!

Day 7

Wednesday, February 24

Homeward bound.  Start your day with a tropical breakfast in the Naupaka Terrace Restaurant. Be sure to sign your check with your name, room number and NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY.

You will need to check out and settle your incidental room account with the hotel front desk and turn in your room keys prior to 11:00 AM.  Even if you have not charged anything, you still need to close your account with the hotel.

Be sure to leave in plenty of time to return your car and check in for your flight home.  As you depart today, NORTHERN PLUMBING SUPPLY hopes that you have enjoyed your stay in Oahu and that you take many wonderful memories home with you.

Day 8
